Tina
Practice Manager
Tina brings 20 years of ophthalmology practice administration experience to Clarity Eye Surgeons. She studied Tourism at the University of Canberra and previously worked in insurance support, marketing and media before moving into practice management. Tina oversees scheduling, administration and financial operations, and is known as a warm, welcoming presence who makes the booking and consultation process feel seamless.
Julianne
Orthoptist
Julianne completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Orthoptics at the University of Sydney and has worked locally in Canberra for over 25 years. She enjoys helping patients understand their eye conditions in plain language, and has played an active role in supporting the growth of Dr Parth Shah's practice.
Suki
Optometrist
Suki graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Clinical Optometry, relocating to Canberra in April 2022. She practises part-time in community optometry alongside her hospital work, with particular interests in myopia management, children's vision and the collaborative management of eye health conditions. Outside the clinic, she enjoys baking and calligraphy.
Nanthi
Optometrist
Nanthi holds a Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Clinical Optometry from UNSW, and spent five years practising in regional NSW, including Mudgee and Batemans Bay. Her clinical interests include ocular pathology and dry eye disease, and she is keen to further develop her expertise in paediatric optometry. She is also a keen runner, basketball and badminton player.
Carina
Optometrist
Carina graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Optometry (Honours Class 1) and brings 15 years of regional NSW experience to the team, having relocated to Canberra in 2025. She is passionate about equitable access to eye care and has volunteered in school vision screenings and remote community outreach programs.
Cathy
Reception and Admin Assistant
Cathy spent 14 years as a practice manager at a local optometry practice before joining Clarity Eye Surgeons, and has called Canberra home for over 40 years. She enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
Angela
Reception and Ophthalmic Assistant
Angela has worked in the optical industry since 1982, when she completed her Diploma in Optical Dispensing, and brings decades of experience from independent optometry practices across Canberra. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid gardener.
Lily
Ophthalmic Assistant
Lily graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Medical Science, majoring in Infectious Diseases, in 2024, before relocating to Canberra in 2025 to pursue further studies in Optometry at the University of Canberra. She is enthusiastic about building her clinical skills as part of the Clarity Eye Surgeons team.
